We know you're excited to get your order, and we are too! The processing time is how long it takes for us to make your product once you've placed your order. The shipping time is how long it takes for us to get that product out of our warehouse and into your hands.

All orders are processed within 1-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please read the following important details about our shipping and refund policy:

• Shipping Delays: While we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, please note that delays may occur due to high order volumes or issues with third-party carriers (e.g., postal service delays). These delays are beyond our control, and we appreciate your patience.

• Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages: It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the order resent. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, we are unable to issue a refund.

• Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

• Not Responsible for Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party carriers once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $8.99 flat rate shipping [worldwide]. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@myreversebeauty.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
