Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Once shipped, orders can take up to 26 days in transit, depending on location, shipping volume, customs processing, and carrier delays.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to ship orders quickly, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Orders are considered in transit until delivered and cannot be refunded or canceled once they have been shipped.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, or once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your order or refund.

Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If your order has not been delivered within 30 days from the shipping date, please contact us. At that time, we will investigate and, if necessary, issue a full refund in accordance with our policy.
  • If the item eventually arrives after the refund is issued, you are welcome to keep it as a courtesy.

Refunds

  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of processing.
  • We do not offer refunds for delays that occur within the 26-day transit window or for items that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
